Project Objectives:
* Strengthening the organizational and leadership capacity of the Secretariat of the Association.
* Creation of the competence of organizations, members of the Association in reducing stigma and discrimination, to improve access to quality services for people living with HIV.
* Strengthening the capacity of organizations, members of the Association to reduce the legal and political barriers to services for people living with HIV.
* To enable PLHIV organizations to promote quality systems that provide equitable services for people living with HIV.
Secretariat of the Association is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Regional Project supports sub-grants program in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Activities include workshops, round tables, trainings, forums and others.
