The event was organized by EHRN and ALE "Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV" in the framework of the project "Harm reduction works - provide financing!".  Among the participants - staff of non-governmental organizations of the three cities of Kazakhstan: Taldykorgan, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Temirtau.

During the training, participants learned about the national advocacy plan, successful examples and methods of advocacy, improved negotiation skills with decision makers and co-operation with journalists.
