At the meeting were invited key stakeholders and decision-makers from government agencies, civil society and the international community. Participants discussed the goals, study features and applications of its results.

The study will be conducted in the framework of the Central - Asian Association of People Living with HIV activities (CAA PLHIV), with the support of the Regional Support Group (RSG), UNAIDS and the Health Policy Project (HPP USAID) in the three Central Asian countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
