At the meeting were invited key stakeholders and decision-makers from local authorities (including the RAC, AIDS Center of Almaty), civil society and the international community. There were discussed the objectives, research features and ways of application of the survey results.

The servey will be conducted in the framework of the Central - Asian Association of People Living with HIV (CAA PLHIV) activities, with the support of the Regional Support Group (RPG), UNAIDS and the USAID Health Policy Project (HPP) in the three Central Asian countries: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
