Activists of Kazakhstan networks of women living with HIV came together to jointly identify areas of activity for 2016-2020. The key strategic objectives were selected:

- Expansion of Network’s advocacy activity (through the development of the activity of women living with HIV, and effective participation in decision-making processes)

- Strengthening the role of the Network as a resource center, which has the ability to provide technical, methodological, financial support to NGOs in the regions.

- Facilitate an increase of public funding of programs aimed at vulnerable groups of women and the reduction of stigma and discrimination towards women living with HIV.
