The aim of the visit was to exchange experiences on implementation of programs to reduce stigma and discrimination against PLHIV, familiarity with best practices of NGOs and members of the PLHIV community who have achieved success in this area, as well as partnerships building and cooperation with country organizations. Participants visited the new OST and needle exchange point, met with clients of drop-in centers. On the second day, there was a meeting with representatives of AIDS service NGOs of Tajikistan, where the cooperation with state structures, milestones and preparation for the Second Regional Forum of PLHIV were discussed.
