The event was hosted by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia and organized together with Eurasian Harm Reduction Network (EHRN), The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime (UNODC), UNAIDS and World Health Organization (WHO) acting as the event co-organizers, and United Nation

s Development Program (UNDP) and World Bank as supporting agencies.

The event was attended by representatives of the initiative groups of the PWID community from Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Moldova and Tajikistan, as well as leaders of the PWID community of the EECA region and representatives of public organizations.

Participants of the Regional High Level Dialogue on Successful Transition to Domestic Funding of HIV and TB Response in EECA, which took place in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 28-30 September 2015, have agreed to work together in creating and implementing national transition plans from donor to national funding of HIV and tuberculosis (TB) response as well as ensuring the accountability of all stakeholders in the implementation of these plans.
