The organizer of the event is OYL "Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV". On the first day, participants discussed the goals and objectives of the regional program at the national level, a presentation of the advocacy national plan was took place, and recommendations were discussed.

The second day was shown  system of the M & E system of EHRN and the use of information from program reports. The session on preparing for M & E visits was useful. The form of M & E assessment is considered, the program documents are prepared. The participants also considered a detailed review of the program report, discussed the problems associated with the preparation of the program report. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on NGOs and subordinate legislations were reviewed within the framework of the meeting.
