The organizers of the training are UNODC and the Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV. The event was held within the framework of the EHRN project "Harm reduction works-provide financing!"

During the training, the participants received information on risks and vulnerabilities, key groups, police work with them, prevention of deaths from drug overdoses, police use of discretion and ethical standards, partnerships to increase efficiency with key populations in order to strengthen the response on the HIV / AIDS epidemic.
