The purpose of the event is to increase the sustainability of the work and development of members of the Central Asian Network of PLHIV. The training was conducted within the framework of the project "Leader of people living with HIV".

The objectives of the training: to increase the professional competence of NGO staff in the following areas:

Management and development of the organization, program and project approaches;

Development of competencies and motivation of staff;

Development of activism and leadership;

Building internal and external effective communications;

Building social partnership;

Effective work with government agencies;

Positioning the organization in the community and working with the media.

Motivate participants to expand their approaches in developing their own organization and network.

Promote the formation of skills for building partnerships and developing NGOs.

Among the participants of the training are NGO representatives from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The coaches were D. Kamaldinov and M. Maximova.
