The purpose of the training is to prepare trainers, teach them how to work with the community on the rights of people living with HIV. Four persons from each naional organization (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) were attended the training. Afterward, based on acquired skills, they will conduct cascade training in their countries.
