Dushanbe, Tajikistan – On December 3-5, USAID and the Central Asian Association of People Living with HIV (CAA PLHIV) convened the Second Regional Forum of People Living with HIV to support and strengthen the capacity of national organizations in Central Asia. In order to stop the spread of HIV in Central Asia, we must increase public awareness of the disease and challenge the stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV.

A public organization of the community of people living with HIV and drug addicts "SPIN Plus" with the support of the Central Asian Association of People Living with HIV, the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network, the Joint UN Project on HIV / AIDS Advocacy (UNAIDS, UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF) in the Republic of Tajikistan held an action dedicated to the World AIDS Day on December  in November 28, 2015 in Dushanbe1.

A training in video advocacy was held in November 25-26, 2015, Almaty. The organizers of the event are EHRN and the Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV.

The National Forum of People Living with HIV KR was held in November 24-25, 2015 in Bishkek  "HIV is a medicine! No time! Put our right to life in the budget!".

A training for trainers "Creating a tolerant attitude on the part of medical staff to people who live with HIV and representatives of risky behavior groups" was held 17 -20 November 2015 in Almaty.

This conclusion was made by the participants of the round table "Problems of access to treatment, stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV".

A round table "Problems of access to treatment, stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV (PLHIV)" was held in November 20, Almaty.

The first large-scale information campaign on HIV testing in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region, with the UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador Vera Brezhneva was launched in November 14, 2015 in Almaty.

October 30, 2015.  , the next, V-Congress of the Kazakhstan Union of People Living with HIV took place in Almaty.

October 27, 2015 in Astana there was held a roundtable  on problems of feminization of HIV infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan and improvement the effectiveness of interaction between state bodies and civil society, dedicated to the problem of the feminization of HIV / AIDS in Kazakhstan.
